The emphasis on more isn’t necessarily bad, but without solid thinking around what it will take to get there and whether or not we are the people who can deliver on what it will take, we will not win as often as we’d like, be as successful as we could, or lead others in a way they would follow willingly rather than because they are forced to because of our position.

Our Leader Development Program is a 12-month journey filled with insights that produce exceptional leaders. The world is complex and hard to navigate effectively, and it’s getting harder all the time. Historically, we could rely on our leaders to provide us with what we needed to take our life, work, and play to the next level. Today we find ourselves in a crisis of leadership. It’s harder than ever to find a great leader to follow, and we can no longer rely on others to develop us into the best people we can be.

Because our general focus is more inward, we’ve taken service and relationship-based businesses and turned them into transactional businesses – do more and do it faster, win at any cost with little or no thought for the customer except that we need their services more than they need ours. We put our hands to work without thought for why or how we’re doing what we’re doing and we rarely, if ever, do we ask ‘so what’s it’s gonna take’ to successfully get what we want. This has given rise to people and businesses that manage more than they lead.

Our view is one that says ‘better people make better performers’. When you make a person better, they perform better. When you perform better, you reap the reward of that performance.

Our Program

Inspiring People to Skillful Living is a comprehensive program of twelve modules that build upon each other designed to give you and your business skillful control of your life. With hard-hitting messaging and thought-provoking insights, this program will help you discover and become who you were made to be. There is power in working through it as a team, or in a group, although it can be completed individually.

Anchored by our interactive journal, our program gives you the tools you need to take your development into your own hands. Developing yourself to be your best self means when the discussion around promotions or lay-offs comes around in the boardroom, you’ll be a person viewed as one whose value far exceeds the cost for the company. A gem to treasure, not to discard.

This is not a transactional program. You will not find ‘5 steps’ or ‘3 new processes’ to take you where you want to go. We don’t offer another thing to do, but more than that, we offer the opportunity to discover who you were meant to be. Neither is it an informational program. It is unlike a class where you take in information to process, and more like a think-tank, where you take time to think, develop and grow over time.

We have become people who are not willing to be called losers even if that is who we are. We want great outcomes from marginal efforts. Allen Forte developed this program now because we have a crisis of performance and a crisis of leadership among us. And it gets worse each day.
