Our process is designed to be distinctive because we focus on both the plan as an outcome but also assessing and developing leadership capability needed to execute the plan.  Our planning and leader development offsite typically takes a range of 1.5 days to 3 days contact time with about 3 days noncontact preparation and development time.  Though off sites may be conducted over longer periods – we require a minimum of 1.5 days of facilitation time with the client to reach planning objectives.  Our clients usually have specific objectives for the offsite which we work into our facilitation.
